Autotriz Ceramic Coating Terms And Conditions

Autotriz Ceramic Coating warranty is Non – Transferable. Our ceramic coating products are valid for up to 10 years, depending on which option the purchaser chooses (Refer to your certified installer for individual coating warranty periods). Autotriz coatings can only be purchased and applied by an authorized, certified, and approved installer.

General liability Limitations

Autotriz Australia and its team of certified installers will not accept liability for deterioration of paint work or upholstery of substandard specifications, materials or workmanship by vehicle manufactures, their dealerships, third party supplies, modifiers or valet services.

The following will invalidate this warranty:

·         Neglect in maintaining the vehicle continually to the standard of the maintenance care guide.

·         Damage, either accidental or malicious, including but not restricted to fire, flooding, extreme weather conditions and secondary effects that may result from the foregoing.

·         Autotriz and its accredited installers reserve the right to inspect the vehicle at their facility, and or at a time and place of their choosing if a warranty claim is being assessed.

Paint work:

During the warranty Period Autotriz ceramic coating is guaranteed against peeling or cracking, discoloration or fading. Warranty includes protection of coating through normal vehicle washing procedures as per maintenance care guide. Autotriz ceramic coatings can only be removed by sanding or heavy grit cutting compound.

Paint work liability limitations:

The warranty applies only to the vehicle manufacturers original paintwork, Industrial materials falling from manufacturing plants or warehouse, Environmental fall out, Road grime and bug residue should be removed in a timely manner to maintain the perfect finish.

Paint work coating excludes damage. deterioration due to:

·         Water marks from tap water.

·         Tree sap left on vehicle’s surface for a prolonged period of time.

·         Scratching, hazing or marring of the finish caused by Automatic car wash.

·         Damage cause by stone chips and other such as materials.

Vehicle Accident Damage:

If your vehicle sustains damage and subsequent repair of treated areas. Contact your Authorized accredited installer or head office to arrange top up treatment. Depending on the extent of work required there may be a charge for this service.
