Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Shipping fees for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost. Photographic evidence of the issue may be required.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome and process any refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty)

  • Custom or special-order items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
